ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENTS:

Comprehensive measurements for residential buildings. This is a check of the current protection and condition of the electrical installation. Should be carried out at least once every 5 years. Among other things, required for property insurance. Depending on the type of installation present, the following are carried out:

• Short circuit loop of sockets and appliances

• Measurement of RCD tripping time and breaking current

• Resistance to earth of the building / lightning protection system

• Insulation resistance of cables in circuits

• Verification of neutralisation

IN-DEPTH INSPECTION:

Examination of the construction phase or works, as well as of the building, its component or partition, in terms of:

• analysis of a known defect, e.g. leak, blow-out, thermal bridge

• building inspection - general or partial

• verification of the correct execution of the works / technology / partial approval

• thermographic/humidity inspection of building partitions
