Comprehensive measurements for residential buildings. This is a check of the current protection and condition of the electrical installation. Should be carried out at least once every 5 years. Among other things, required for property insurance. Depending on the type of installation present, the following are carried out:

• Short circuit loop of sockets and appliances

• Measurement of RCD tripping time and breaking current

• Resistance to earth of the building / lightning protection system

• Insulation resistance of cables in circuits

• Verification of neutralisation in Polish TNC

QUALITY CONTROL OF WORKS OR PREFABRICATED COMPONENTS / TECHNICAL OPINIONS:

Inspection of a construction stage or works, as well as a building, its component or partition, with regard to:

• technical analysis of defects / current condition – e.g. capillary rise, thermal bridges, cracks, deflections, etc.

• verification of the correctness and quality of commissioned works / choice of technology / partial handover

• comprehensive thermal imaging and moisture content testing of building partitions
