After inspecting the property, I consult with the client and provide a basic report with a checklist and relevant comments from the inspection, including the assessed technical condition of the property, necessary repairs and possible improvements. The entire report is discussed during the consultation.

It is possible to extend the offer with a retail report detailing the defects with photos and measurement readings.A report in this form is useful for implementing arrangements with the contractor or developer in the event of, for example, complex defects or the need to submit such a report as an additional attachment
