COMPANY'S PHILOSOPHY

Despite seemingly clear market needs in the construction industry, we still face the challenge of optimizing work, costs and construction completion dates.

 

Trying to find causes and solution - I believe that one of the most important reasons for this constant friction is the lack of transparent definition of the needs and decisions of the parties, which are the effects of a very general approach to the investment stages.

Looking only at the final result, we do not notice the issues hidden during the implementation process.
The case applies to both the entire project and small subcontracts. During large investments, changing even few parameters can bring colossal benefits!
In economics, this is estimated as the "lost opportunity value."
So why not try to improve it?

 

To meet this, we do not shy away from clear arrangements at every level; we try to look at issues more broadly, looking for opportunities for reasonable savings or to prevent subsequent expensive additional work outside the tender, ultimately reducing errors and unforeseen problems to a minimum.

As we continue to develop, we have an increasingly broader offer, better knowledge and equipment needed to provide service at the highest level. We support this idea with the qualifications and certificates we have obtained, as well as many years of work.

 

We have also spread our wings to the occupational health and safety industry as well as construction and peripheral products for contractors of the construction process. You will find many products needed to protect the construction site and the health and lives of employees. ​

 

We invite both construction contractors to cooperate (and not only!), as well as natural persons and organized investors.
We will certainly do everything in our power to make the cooperation profitable, fruitful and at a high level.
